Prayas Engineering Ltd( A Group Company Of Elecon Engineering Ltd.)

Our place is situated right on Anand Sojitra Road, which stays pretty busy most of the time. We are part of the Elecon group, so there is always a lot going on between the different departments here in Vallabh Vidyanagar. If you walk through the gates, you’ll see people moving around with clipboards or working on the heavy gear. It’s not the quietest place to work, but you get used to the noise of the machinery and the trucks coming in to load up. We’ve been in this spot for quite a while now. The building shows its age a bit, but it serves its purpose for the engineering work we do every day. Sometimes the rains make the road outside a bit of a mess, but we just keep the floor clean and carry on. We aren't big on fancy decorations or anything. The focus is usually just on the schedules and making sure the metalwork is handled right. Most of the staff have been here for years, so everyone knows their job without needing much talk. We grab tea at the usual times and maybe chat about the local cricket scores. It is a steady kind of life here. There are always stacks of materials waiting to be processed and someone is usually calling out across the floor to get a crane moved. We try to keep things organized but with so much metal moving around, it is a constant job.
