If you go down AB Road, near the old RTO barrier, you'll find where we are. We are the Pashchimi Nimar Kisan Farmer Producer Company Limited. We work out of Dilip Badrinarayan Jhavar’s place at Plot Number 186. It’s a busy spot with all the traffic, but we are focused on the farming. Pashchimi Nimar is a good place for growing things if you know what you are doing. We are a group of farmers who decided it was time to work together instead of everyone doing their own thing. It's a lot of physical work. We handle the planting, the weeding, and the long days of harvesting. Then we have to figure out where to sell it all. Being near the road helps a bit with transport. We don't have any slick offices or corporate talk. We just talk about the price of diesel and the cost of seeds. Dilip helps keep us organized because it can get messy when you have so many people involved. We have our ups and downs like any other farm. Some days the machinery breaks and we all have to pitch in to fix it. We are just trying to get a fair price for the crops we grow. It's practical stuff, really. We want our farms to stay in the family and this company is one way to help that happen.
