Bhagi Panjra Farmers Producer Company Limited is located in Banpuri village, within the Parshivani tehsil. We are based at House Number 203 in Ward Number 03. This company was started by a group of us farmers who live and work right here. We were tired of trying to figure everything out on our own, so we decided to pool our resources. Our village of Banpuri is a place where everyone knows everyone else’s fields. We mostly grow what the climate here allows, and we spend a lot of time talking about the price of diesel and the cost of transport. Our base is just a regular house in the village, nothing fancy at all. We meet there to discuss when to sow and when to harvest. It is a very hands-on operation. We aren't a big corporation with people in suits; we are just guys who wear muddy boots and spend our days in the dirt. We try to help each other get better prices for our produce and share the load when things get busy. It’s hard, honest work that we do every single day. Farming is a gamble every year, but doing it as a group makes the risks feel a little smaller. We focus on the practical side of things, like how to get the tractor fixed or where to find good seeds. It is just simple, honest work by local people.
