Ecosynk Agrotech Private Limited is located right here in Solanki Colony, Sanavad. Being in the Khargone district gives us a good perspective on what the local land needs. We aren't some distant company; we live and work right in this neighborhood. Our daily routine involves a lot of back-and-forth with local folks. The office isn't anything special, just a place to keep our records and meet people who need our help with agrotech stuff. We chose this spot because it's close to where the actual work happens. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but we don't mind much. It feels real. We handle a lot of technical details that come with modern farming, but we try to explain it in ways that make sense to everyone. It is a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to checking on equipment. We don't have a PR department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just talk like normal people because that’s who we are. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to catch up on the books. Other days, it’s a total rush. We just take it as it comes. It's important to us to stay part of Sanavad and keep our operations simple and effective. That is the way we’ve always done things and we plan to keep it that way for a long time. There is no point in complicating things when simple work does the job.
