Annarjanagro Farmer Producer Company Limited is located in the Jhirniya area, specifically at Nankodi Abhapuri. We use Gangaram’s place as our base of operations. We are a collection of farmers from West Nimar who decided to come together to manage our crops better. In this part of Madhya Pradesh, the heat and the rain really dictate what we can do, so we have to stay on our toes. We aren’t a big company with lots of employees; it’s just us farmers doing the work. We meet up at Gangaram's to talk about what we’re going to plant and where we can sell it once it’s harvested. It’s a lot simpler than trying to do everything by yourself. We focus on the practical side of things, like getting the right supplies and making sure the transport is sorted out. Most of us have lived in the 451332 area for a long time, so we know the land pretty well. We don’t use any complicated business strategies. We just try to be honest and work hard. Sometimes the crops don't do what they're supposed to, but having the company helps us stay on our feet. It’s just a group of neighbors trying to make sure our farms stay productive and our families are taken care of. That’s really all there is to it, just farmers helping farmers.
