S. K. T. Garments

We are located at 3/a Senguntha Puram on the 8th Cross in Karur-2. Karur is a place where a lot of textile work happens, and we are right in the middle of it. Our building is a simple one. We have our workspace set up for making garments. It’s mostly about cutting the fabric and getting the stitching right. We have several tables where the layers of cloth are laid out. The 8th cross can be a bit tricky to find if you’re new to the area, but once you’re here, you’ll see we are always busy. We don’t have any fancy office furniture or decorations. We just have what we need to get the orders done. Most of the time, the fans are blowing to keep the dust away. We work with a small crew of people from around Karur. We know each other well and the work goes faster that way. Some days we are working late to finish a big batch. It’s a lot of repetitive movement, but we don't mind it. It’s a steady job and we’ve been at this spot for quite some time. We don't make any big promises or use fancy words. We just show up, do the stitching, and pack things up. That’s how we’ve always operated here in Senguntha Puram. We keep things basic and just focus on the task.
