Lotus Garments

Lotus Garments is located at #14/96 on the 1st Floor of Preetha Street. This is in the Kamarajapuram North part of Karur. To get to us, you have to go up the stairs, and once you are inside, you’ll see we use every bit of space we have for the fabric and the machines. Karur is a big place for textiles, and Preetha Street has its own rhythm. We start pretty early when the sun isn't too hot yet. The room is filled with the sound of sewing machines most of the day. It’s a bit of a climb up to the first floor with heavy rolls of cloth, but we are used to it by now. The neighborhood is mostly residential mixed with small garment units like ours. You can hear the neighbors going about their lives while we work. We don't have a big reception area or fancy decorations. It’s just tables, chairs, and the tools we need for the garments. Sometimes we sit by the windows for a bit of a breeze when it gets stuffy. The address might seem a bit specific with the numbers, but once you are on Preetha Street, it’s not hard to spot. We stay busy with the orders that come in and try to keep things organized, though it gets a bit messy when a big shipment is due. It’s just us doing what we know how to do in this small corner of Karur.
