Our workshop, Jose Tex, is located at No. 36 on Pugalur Road. It’s a busy street with plenty of activity throughout the day. We’ve been operating from this same building for a long time now. It’s not a very large place, but it’s enough for us to do our textile work. We don't have a big corporate office or a polished front desk. When you walk in, you’re likely to see someone working with yarn or checking a loom. The floors are a bit worn and the walls could probably use some paint, but we focus more on the work than the decor. We are just local people making textiles. Most of our neighbors on Pugalur Road are in similar trades. We often talk over the fences or during lunch breaks. It’s a tight community. We don’t go around making big promises or using fancy business language. We just take the orders, do the weaving, and make sure things get sent to where they need to go. It can be tiring work, especially when the orders pile up, but we like staying busy. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to fix them ourselves. That’s just how it is here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do our job and keep things moving.
