We are based in Karur, specifically at number 14 in Ashok Nagar. It’s part of Andankovil East Village, right near the Madurai Bypass Road. Hilight Infotech Private Limited is what people call us. The location is pretty convenient because we are so close to the bypass, which makes it easy for us to commute. Karur is a smaller town, so the atmosphere is a bit more relaxed than the big cities. Our office is just a regular building in a residential-looking area. Inside, we’ve got a simple setup with rows of desks and some computers. We don't have any expensive office furniture or decorations. It’s just a place to get work done. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic from the Madurai Bypass Road, but we’re used to it. We have a small team here, mostly local folks from around Karur. We don't really have any formal meetings; we just talk across the desks when something comes up. There’s a small area where we can sit and have tea during the breaks. We don't have any big mission statements or corporate goals plastered on the walls. We just come in, do the work we need to do, and go home to our families. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living. We’ve been in this Ashok Nagar spot for a while and we’re quite comfortable here. The village is quiet mostly, and we like being away from the main city's noise.
