Tata Teleservices Ltd

I work at the Tata Teleservices Ltd office in Karnal. We are located at 2161, Sector-12. It’s a pretty standard spot in the sector. Working in telecom means we are always dealing with connections and customer needs. Karnal is a good place to be, and Sector-12 is central enough for most things. The office isn't anything out of the ordinary, just desks and phones and people trying to help other people stay connected. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through service requests. It can be a bit repetitive, but it’s important work. People need their phones and their internet to work, and we are the ones who try to make sure that happens. We have a small team here and we all know each other well. It’s not like those massive offices in the big cities. Here, things are a bit more direct. We deal with the local issues and try to keep things running smoothly. Some days are slow and others are completely packed with people needing help. We just take it as it comes. Sector-12 has its own vibe and we are just a part of that daily scenery. We’ve been here at 2161 for quite a while now, and we just keep doing what we do every day. It’s just steady work that keeps the neighborhood connected to the rest of the world.
