Shine Star Caterers & Wedding Planner is located in the basement of SCO Number 202 in the Mughal Canal area of Karnal. If you know Mughal Canal, you know it’s one of those spots where there is always a lot of activity and shops of all kinds. Being in the basement means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is a relief when we are sitting down to plan out things. The space is filled with folders, samples, and various bits of decoration that we use for our work. It’s not a showroom; it’s more like a workshop where all the planning happens. Sometimes the lighting down there isn't the best, but it works for us. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with vendors or meeting with families who are looking to get things organized for their big days. The Mughal Canal area can be a bit of a nightmare for parking, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't the type to use big, fancy words to describe what we do. We just sit down, look at the budget, and try to make things work out for everyone involved. It’s a busy, somewhat messy office because there is always a lot going on at once. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep things moving along as smoothly as we can without any corporate fuss.
