We’ve been here at SCO 81 in the Mughal Canal area of Karnal for quite a bit now. Our place is down in the basement, so it stays relatively cool even when the sun is beating down outside. It’s a busy spot around the canal, and people are always coming and going. We mostly just focus on getting through the day’s tasks and making sure things are handled right. It’s not a big fancy office or anything like that, just a regular workspace where we get things done. Some days are busier than others, especially when the market gets crowded. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. Most of the people around here know us by now. We don't really do much advertising; word of mouth usually does the trick for us. Sometimes the stairs to the basement can be a bit of a climb if you're carrying stuff, but we don't mind it. It’s just how the shop is set up. We keep things pretty simple. There isn’t much to say other than we are here every day except for holidays. If you're walking along the canal, you'll probably spot our sign. We like being in this part of Karnal because everything is close by. It’s a practical location for the kind of work we handle. We’ve seen the area change over the years, but we’ve stayed in the same basement spot. It works for us and our regulars. We just hope the canal area stays clean.
