Cherry Grand (Division Of Svagat Caterer Delhi)

Cherry Grand is situated out near the Splash Island Water Park on G T Karnal Road. It's part of the Svagat Caterer group from Delhi, but we are based here in the Karnal area. Being on N H 1 means we see a lot of people passing through. The location in Gharaunda, specifically near Kohand, is pretty easy to spot once you get close to the water park. We’ve got a fair amount of space here to do what we do. It’s a busy environment most of the time because of the highway. We deal with food and setups, so there is always something moving around. It’s not the quietest place, but that’s fine for us. We are used to the noise of the road and the park nearby. The team is mostly local folks who know the area well. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations for ourselves; we focus on the work instead. It’s a practical arrangement. Some days are longer than others, especially when there are big deliveries coming in from Delhi or other spots. We just handle it as it comes. It's a lot of physical work and logistics. We don’t have a big marketing team writing stuff for us. We just wanted to let people know where we are and that we’re working hard out here by the highway. It’s a dusty spot sometimes, but we keep the kitchen clean and the trucks moving. We just take it day by day.
