We are located at a shop on Kaithal Road in Karnal. It is right near Tagore Hospital, which is a big landmark around here that everyone knows. People usually just call this place Karnalshop because of where it is. It is a bit of a busy road with cars, motorcycles, and trucks going past all day long. We keep the shop open for long hours because that is just what you do when you run a business in this area. The neighborhood is always full of activity since the hospital is right there and people are always coming and going. We have been here for some time now and know most of the people who work in the nearby shops. It is not a very large shop by any means, but it serves our purpose well enough. We don't really have a big team or anything like that, just a few of us making sure every task is handled. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside and we have to clean up the shelves quite often. We deal with whatever comes through the door each day. It’s a very straightforward way of working. No one here is trying to be something they aren't or impress anyone. We just sit here, talk to the customers, and do the work that is needed. The Tagore Hospital Kaithal Road area is pretty well known, so people don't usually get lost. We like being in this part of Karnal even if it is noisy with the traffic. Life moves at its own pace.
