Polo Travels

Polo Travels is at Shop Number 8 on Gt Road in Phagwara. We are in the Parmer Market, which is right opposite the bus stand. It is a very easy place to find if you are traveling through town. The pin code is 144401. Being on the Gt Road means there is always something happening outside our door. Trucks and cars are constantly zooming past. Our shop is small and practical. We have a couple of desks and a computer where we look up travel options for people. We do not have any fancy brochures or a glossy reception area. It is just a place to get work done. We see a lot of people who are just getting off a bus or waiting for their next one. They come in with questions about tickets and we do what we can to help. We have been here for a long time and we know the Parmer Market crowd well. Sometimes we share a cup of tea with the shopkeeper next door. It is a friendly environment. We do not try to be anything we are not. We are just a local travel shop on the main road. Most of our day is spent talking to customers and making sure their bookings are correct. It is simple work but it keeps us busy. We like the convenience of being right by the bus stand where everyone passes.
