Abchal Travels

Abchal Travels is located on Hoshiarpur Road, right near Sondhi Chowk in the Sondhi Market area. This is a very active part of Phagwara, so there is always a lot of traffic and people walking by. Our shop is right in the thick of it. We spend most of our time at the desks, dealing with travel schedules and ticket printouts. It is not a very large office, just enough space for us and a couple of visitors to sit down and go over their plans. Hoshiarpur Road is a main artery for the city, so we see all kinds of people passing through. We don't do any big promotions or anything like that. Most of the people who come in are just locals who saw our sign or were told about us by a neighbor. It’s a very practical business. We deal with a lot of different travel requests, some simple and some quite complicated. The walls are mostly bare, except for a few maps and a calendar. It can get quite dusty because the road is so close, so we are constantly wiping down the desks. We usually have a radio playing low in the background to drown out some of the street noise. It’s a regular job, and we just try to be useful to the people who live around Sondhi Chowk. It’s been our spot for a long time.
