You will find us in the basement of Bhanoki Tower, which is right on the G.T. Road here in Phagwara. We are quite close to the Lovely Autos building, so it’s a very easy landmark to find. Being in the basement is actually quite nice because it stays cooler than the street level when the sun is beating down on the G.T. Road. Money Gram Global Tour & Travels is where we spend our working hours. It is a busy spot because the G.T. Road is the main highway, so the sound of trucks and cars is always there in the background. We handle travel bookings and money transfers, which keeps us pretty occupied from the moment we open. The office itself is quite simple. We have a few desks, some computers, and chairs for customers. It can feel a bit enclosed since there are no windows, but we have good lights and it’s a comfortable enough place to work. We get all kinds of people coming in, from students to older folks visiting their children abroad. We don’t use any corporate talk or try to be something we aren't. We just help people with their paperwork and get their trips sorted. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been in this tower for a while and know the routine.
