Scanet Exports Limited is located down at No.5/90 on Harbour Road. Being in Chinnamuttom means we are right near the water, which makes sense for what we do. The salt air is always around us here. It’s a busy area with a lot of trucks and people moving things back and forth. We spend most of our time coordinating shipments and checking on crates. It’s not a quiet desk job. Most days involve a lot of walking around and talking to the crew. We have been in this spot for a while and the locals know us. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets slow, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We don’t have any fancy lobby or receptionist, just a workspace where we get things sorted. Exporting stuff is mostly about timing and making sure the containers are ready when the ships are. It can get stressful when there's a delay, but we’ve learned to stay patient. Our team is small, mostly people who grew up around here. We just try to do our work honestly and go home at the end of the day. It’s a practical business. Nothing too special about the building, just a functional place on the road to the harbor. We like the location because it’s convenient for the docks. We keep our heads down and stay busy with the daily grind of exports and making sure the paperwork is done correctly.
