Baby Honeys

Down here in Veeyannoor, things move a bit slower, and that’s how we like it at Baby Honeys. Our place is Bethel Illam, right in Chadachi Villai. It’s not a big factory or anything like that. It’s more of a home-grown setup that just grew over time. We started with just a few hives and an idea to see what would happen. Now, we have a routine that keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down. The bees don't take holidays, so we don't really either. It’s sticky work, and we usually end the day with honey on our boots and clothes. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy office. Most of our time is spent outdoors or in the small shed where we pack things up. We just want to get the honey from the hives into the jars without making too much of a mess of things. People in the village know where to find us. If you ask for the place in Chadachi Villai, someone will point you toward Bethel Illam. We’ve had some tough years with the weather, but we keep going. It’s honest work, and it keeps us close to the land. We aren't looking to become a giant corporation. We just want to keep the bees healthy and the honey flowing. It’s a simple life, and it suits us better than a desk job in a city.
