Vipul Extrusions & Thermoformers

Our factory is at Plot No.A-1/39 in the Co.Operative Industrial Estate in Dada Nagar. We are right in the middle of Sanjay Nagar as well, so it’s a very industrial setting. We deal with extrusion and thermoforming, which basically means we spend all day around big machines that heat up and shape plastic. It gets very hot in here, especially during the summer months. The industrial estate is a busy place with a lot of noise and movement from the other factories. We have a small crew that keeps the machines running and checks the quality of what comes off the line. It’s not the kind of job where you stay clean; there’s always oil or plastic residue on your hands. The office part of the building is just a small room where we handle the orders and talk to suppliers. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and technical drawings. Most of our day is spent on the shop floor making sure nothing jams up. Dada Nagar is a good spot for us because of the logistics, even if the roads are a bit torn up from all the heavy trucks. We’ve been at this plot for a good while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the machines. It’s just a place where things are manufactured, nothing fancy about it. We focus on the work at hand and making sure everything is finished correctly before we leave.
