P L Trading Company

You can find P L Trading Company right near the Kargil Petrol Pump. We are at Plot No 343/1 on the Nh2 Highway Road in Barra 8. Being so close to the highway means there's always trucks passing by and a lot of dust in the air. We trade all sorts of goods, mostly things people in the area need for their shops or homes. It’s a big warehouse-style space. The roof is corrugated metal, so it gets pretty loud when it rains hard. We spend our mornings unloading crates and checking what came in. It’s physical work. My hands are usually a bit dirty by noon. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you walk in, you’ll probably find one of us moving a pallet or checking a list of items. We’ve been at this location for a few years. It’s convenient because the transport trucks can pull right up to the door without much trouble. Sometimes the traffic on Nh2 is a nightmare, but you get used to the noise after a while. We aren't trying to change the world. We just buy things at one price and sell them at another to make a living. It’s honest and it keeps us busy. We have a small desk in the corner where we keep the ledger. It’s old school but it works for what we do here in Barra 8.
