Vardhit Solutions Llp

Our office is actually inside Emerald Garden, in Tower 4, Flat 1701. It’s a residential area in Swaroop Nagar, so it feels more like a home than a sterile business environment. Vardhit Solutions Llp started here because it was a comfortable space to get things moving. We have a great view from the 17th floor, which helps when you’ve been staring at a screen for ten hours straight. It’s mostly just us sitting around a big table with our laptops. We don't have a big sign on the door or anything. People usually get a bit confused the first time they visit because it looks like a regular apartment. We’ve made it work for us, though. We do a lot of software and solution-based work. It’s a small operation, just a few of us who really know our stuff. Swaroop Nagar is a nice part of the city, and having the office here makes the long days a bit more bearable. We cook our own lunches in the kitchen most days. It’s a very informal way to run a business, but we find that we get more done when we’re relaxed. We don't bother with suits or formal meetings. We just talk through what needs to happen and then we do it. It’s practical and it works for what we’re trying to achieve here in Kanpur. We just wanted a quiet place to focus on our coding.
