So, we are over here at 128/328 in K-Block. It’s Kidwai Nagar, right across from Dr Virendra Swaroop Institute. If you know the area, you know it gets pretty packed around the time classes let out. Our office isn’t much to look at, just some desks and chairs and a whole lot of files. We’ve been at this spot for some time now. Some days it’s just the sound of the fan clicking and someone typing away. Other days it's a bit of a madhouse with people coming in and out. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing with fancy lobby signs or anything like that. Smart Bharat Services is just us trying to keep up with the work. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it because there's always something else to do. My desk is usually covered in sticky notes because I can't remember a thing otherwise. We get our tea from the stall at the corner, and honestly, that’s usually the highlight of the 4 PM slump. It's a regular place with regular people. We just show up, do the jobs that come in, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s not a big operation, but we stay busy enough. Sometimes the internet acts up and we just sit around talking until it comes back. That’s just how it goes here in Kanpur. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just everyday services for folks who need them.
