We’ve been here at Hamraj Commercial Centre for a while now. The address is 60/43, right in the middle of Nayaganj. It’s always noisy outside with all the rickshaws and people moving stuff around. Our office isn't very big, but we make it work. Most days it’s just us sitting around the desks, answering the phone and trying to keep track of the files. The building has seen better days, the walls could use a bit of paint, but we're used to it. You get to know the neighbors after a while, like the guy selling tea downstairs. We usually start around ten in the morning and stay until late evening when the market starts to quiet down a bit. There’s always dust coming in from the street, so we’re always wiping down the tables. It’s a busy life here in Kanpur. We handle all sorts of things throughout the day. Sometimes the internet is slow and it drives us crazy, but that’s just how it goes. We don't have fancy furniture or a big lobby. It’s just a place where we come to get the job done. If you walk past the commercial center, you’ll see how crowded the lane gets. We’ve learned to navigate the traffic. It’s not a glamorous spot, but it’s ours. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks. That's pretty much who we are and what we do here in this part of town.
