Our unit is Sh - 49 in the Panki Industrial Area, Site - III. This is a large industrial zone, so we are surrounded by other factories and warehouses. We have been operating in Panki for a long time. The area is always humming with the sounds of heavy machinery and trucks moving in and out. Our space is basically a large shed with high ceilings and metal walls. We do various types of industrial work here. There is a lot of metal and concrete everywhere you look. It gets very cold in the winter months and quite hot during the summer. We have a small cabin that serves as our office, but most of the work happens out on the factory floor. We have a few machines that run for most of the day. The workers here are a hardworking group. We have been through many busy seasons together. We usually sit down for tea together in the late afternoon when things slow down. The roads in Site III are not in the best shape, especially after the monsoon rains. You have to be careful of the potholes when driving here. We do not have any fancy decorations or a reception area. It is just a place where things are made and shipped out. We focus on our daily tasks and getting things finished.
