On the Rocks Refrigeration

We are based at 3/11, Block-1 in Govind Nagar. The name of the business is On the Rocks Refrigeration, which we thought was a bit of a funny name when we started. We mostly handle cooling systems, fridges, and things like that. Our shop is usually packed with old compressors, copper pipes, and gas tanks. It’s not a very big space, so we have to be careful not to trip over things. Most of our work happens out at customer sites, but this is where we keep all our tools and parts. Govind Nagar is a decent area to work from; we can get to most parts of the city fairly easily from here. We don’t have a fancy showroom. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us elbow-deep in a broken motor or cleaning out a condenser coil. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and trying to figure out why something stopped getting cold. We get a lot of calls when the weather gets hot because that’s when everyone’s cooling systems start to fail. Sometimes we are working late into the evening to finish a job. We aren't a big corporation with a call center. When you call, you just talk to one of us. We just try to be honest about what’s broken and how much it will cost to fix. It’s simple work but it keeps us on our toes. We like it that way.
