SHIVA INDUSTRIES

Shiva Industries is located over in C-56 Ispat Nagar in Kanpur. It is a busy industrial area, so there is always noise from trucks and machines nearby. We spend our days at the facility handling the production stuff. It gets quite dusty around here, especially in the summer months when the wind picks up in Uttar Pradesh. We have been in this spot for quite some time now. Most of the guys here live nearby, so we’re all pretty local to the Kanpur Nagar district. We don’t have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything. It’s more of a practical space where the work actually happens on the floor. We deal with materials and try to keep things moving according to the schedule. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine needs a bit of fixing, and that’s just part of the job. We don’t really spend time making fancy brochures. We just focus on the orders that come in. If you walk into our place, you’ll see people busy with tools and parts everywhere. It might look a bit disorganized to someone from the outside, but we have our own way of doing things that works for us. We just want to get the day's work done and head home to our families. It’s straightforward work for honest people who know their trade. There are no fancy meetings here, just a lot of activity and the sound of work being done until the sun goes down.
