Pradumn Exports

Our place is over at 370-Y-1 Block in Kidwai Nagar. It is a residential area mostly, so our setup is quite local and integrated into the neighborhood. Pradumn Exports is a small operation. We have got a couple of rooms filled with boxes and samples of various things we send out to people. It is not a massive warehouse, just a homey kind of office where we manage everything together. I started this with just a desk and a phone, and it has not changed all that much in terms of how we feel about it. There is usually a pot of tea going and the sound of children playing outside in the street. We do not have a big staff, just a few people who have become like family to me over the years. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the goods before they get packed into the cardboard boxes. Sometimes the courier is late and we have to wait around on the porch for them, but that is just how it goes sometimes. We do not have a glossy brochure or a sales person. We just talk to our customers and tell them what we have available right now. It is very personal. The paperwork sits in stacks on the side table until I have a moment to file it away. We just want to keep the business running steadily without any fuss.
