The Lotus Handicrafts (India)

The Lotus Handicrafts (India) is located at 10/492 in the Khalasi Lines area. We’ve been based in this neighborhood for quite some time. The building is simple and doesn’t have many decorations. We use the space mostly for storage and for doing the actual handiwork. Khalasi Lines is a familiar part of town for us, and we are used to the rhythm of the place. Our daily routine involves checking the stock and working on orders. We aren’t a big company with lots of departments. It’s just a few people who know how to handle these types of goods. Sometimes the office gets a bit disorganized because we are more focused on the products than the filing. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just make and sell handicrafts. It is a practical business. We don't have a marketing budget or anything like that. Most people who know us just come by the shop or call us up because they’ve worked with us before. It's a quiet sort of life. We show up in the morning, do the work that needs doing, and head home. The street is usually filled with the usual daily activity. We are just another part of the Khalasi Lines community, working away and keeping things moving. It isn’t perfect, but it’s our business and we like it that way. We just focus on what is in front of us.
