India-Handicraft

We are located at 113/128 Swaroop Nagar, right near the masjid. It’s a familiar spot for everyone in this part of town. At India-Handicraft, we don’t really have a big story to tell. We just show up at the shop in Swaroop Nagar every morning and get to work. Being near the masjid means we have a lot of people walking by all the time. It’s a nice community feeling. Our workspace is pretty crowded. We have things piled up on shelves and tucked into corners. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our time just focusing on the tasks at hand. Sometimes it’s quiet, and sometimes the street noise is really loud, but we’re used to it by now. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just manual work that takes time and patience. We’ve got a few old desks and some sturdy worktables that have seen better days. It’s a real place where real work happens. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to finish what we started so we can go home to our families at night. Swaroop Nagar is where we’ve set ourselves up, and 113/128 is the door we walk through every single day. It’s just our daily life, nothing more complicated than that.
