We operate out of A 8 at the AWHO in Shyam Nagar, Block D. This is in the COD area of Kanpur, near the post office. It’s a very different vibe from the big city offices. It’s more of a community feel here in Uttar Pradesh. The building is part of the army welfare housing, so it’s very structured and safe. We’ve got our office set up in one of the units, and it’s where we handle all the SSI work. It isn't a place with glass walls or high-tech elevators. It’s a brick-and-mortar kind of setup where we sit down and get things done. The area is quiet, which is good for concentration, though sometimes the local power cuts can be a bit of a nuisance. We have our backups ready for that. Most of the people working here are from around the local area, so we don’t have to deal with long commutes. We aren't doing anything flashy, just keeping the records straight and making sure the service stays consistent. It's a very grounded way of doing business. We have our desks, our files, and a kettle that’s almost always on. If you come by, you’ll see we’re just regular folks doing our best to stay organized and keep the business moving along.
