Panki Industrial Estate is a massive area, and our spot at D-3A is right in the thick of it. Walk through the main doors and the clanging of heavy metal hits you immediately. It is a noisy, busy environment where big power tools are always running. This place has been part of the local landscape for quite a few years now, and the Lohia name is well-known among the workers here. We don't have time for fancy corporate presentations or polished speeches. Most days begin early with a walk through the production lines to see what needs finishing. The concrete floor is tough on the boots, so everyone is constantly on the move. There is nothing glamorous about handling heavy shipping crates and oily machine parts. Many of the guys on the floor have been with us for two decades, and they can spot a mechanical issue just by the sound of a motor. We usually grab tea from the stall across the road and chat about local news while the machines keep whirring in the background. It is a straightforward industrial setup without any unnecessary fluff. People show up for their shifts, do their work, and make sure the output meets what is required. We just keep our heads down and focus on the steel and the assembly lines day after day. It keeps the bills paid.
