Kashyap Brothers is located at 21-B1 in Udyog Nagar. If you know where the Shiv Mandir is, we are right near there. It is a good landmark for people who have not been to this part of town before. We have been in this building for quite some time. It is a family-run kind of feel, even if we are a Pvt. Ltd. on paper. We do not have a lot of corporate rules; we just try to treat people fairly and get our work finished. The shop can get a bit dusty and loud, but that is just the nature of what we do here in Udyog Nagar. We are not really interested in being the biggest company around. We just want to do a solid job so we can keep the lights on and pay everyone. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a task, and other times we are out the door as soon as the sun goes down. It depends on the week. We keep things pretty informal. If you call, you are likely to talk to one of the brothers or someone who has been with us for years. We do not have a script for the phone. We just talk like normal people. The area around the temple is usually busy, so there is always something going on outside our door. We just focus on what is happening inside our four walls and try to do right by our customers.
