Our shop is in Govind Nagar at number 124/C/235. It’s a busy area and we’ve been here for a while now. The place isn't huge but we cram a lot into it. You can see the shelves are pretty full most days when you walk in. We mostly just deal with folks coming in from the neighborhood. It’s a local spot, nothing fancy about it. We don't go in for big displays or bright lights that make your eyes hurt. It's just a shop. People stop by on their way home or while they’re out running errands on the weekend. The walls have some marks on them and the floor isn't perfect, but it's where we work. We know most of the regular customers by name now after all these years. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons but we keep the fans going to stay cool. We don’t have a website that’s updated every minute or a marketing team telling us what to do. It’s just us handling the inventory and talking to people who walk through the door. Govind Nagar is a tight-knit place and we like being part of it. If you need something, you just come in and ask us. We try to be helpful without making a big deal out of it. It’s just a normal way to run a business. We open early and stay until the evening. It’s hard work but it’s what we do. No shortcuts here, just honest hours.
