Daata Leather Exports

We are located right here in Jajmau, just a short walk from the Ganga Bridge. If you know this area, you know how busy it gets with the trucks and the motorcycles constantly moving through. Our place, Daata Leather Exports, has been around for a while now. The air smells like raw hides and chemicals most days, which is just part of the work we do. It gets hot inside during the summer, but we keep the fans going and get the orders ready. Most of the guys here have been working with leather since they were kids. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning or anything like that. It is a practical space where we sort through skins and make sure things are packed up right. Sometimes the traffic by the bridge is so bad it takes forever for the delivery vans to get in or out. We just deal with it. It is a loud area, especially with the constant horn-honking from the bridge, but it is home for us. We spend our mornings checking the quality of what comes in and our afternoons making sure the exports are ready to go. There isn't much to say other than we work hard and try to stay on top of the pile of work. It is just us, some leather, and the daily noise of Jajmau. We have been here a long time and the bridge is our main landmark.
