Swaroop Nagar is where we have been doing our work for quite some time. The address at 112/208-C is basically a large workshop dedicated to building paper machines. It is not a fast process. Making the big rollers and drying units requires a lot of patience and heavy lifting. If the alignment is off by even a tiny bit, the whole paper line can fail. We spend a lot of our time just checking and re-checking measurements on the shop floor. D. Teck Paper Machines (P) Ltd. is a small operation, really. We have a few guys who have been working with these specific types of gears and motors for their whole lives. They can hear a problem before they see it. We do not have a corporate office with air conditioning and quiet hallways. It is dusty and there is always the smell of machine oil in the air. We do not use big slogans or marketing talk because that does not help us build a better cylinder. Sometimes parts from our suppliers are late, and that messes up our schedule, which can be a real pain. We just try to be honest about it and keep the work moving as fast as we can. It is a straightforward business where you get what you see. We build the machines that other factories use to make their goods, and we have been doing it this way for years.
