Our place is at Plot No.- 41B in the Co-Operative Industrial Estate over in Dada Nagar. It is a pretty standard industrial setup, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. We have a big sign with our name on it, though it’s seen better days with the weather and all. Inside, it is all business with hydraulic machines everywhere. The floor is concrete and usually has a few oil stains, which is normal for the kind of work we do. We have been in Dada Nagar for a long time, and we know most of the other shop owners around here. It is the kind of neighborhood where people help each other out if a machine breaks down or you need to borrow a specific tool. The workday usually starts with a bit of a talk to see what is on the schedule for the day. We don't have a big corporate structure; it is mostly just us working together to get the orders filled. It gets quite loud when the heavy machines are running, so we all have to talk a bit louder. By the time evening rolls around, we are usually pretty tired, but it is a good feeling to see the finished work ready to go out. It is just a regular life in a regular workshop where we keep things moving. We don't ask for much more than a steady stream of work to keep everyone busy.
