Ultimate Agroseeds Private Limited is located at 142 in Kalyanpur. Kanpur is a big place, but our little corner in Kalyanpur is where we spend most of our time. We focus on seeds. It’s a lot of sorting and checking things over. The office is pretty basic. We don't see the point in fancy chairs or rugs when there's dirt on everyone's boots anyway. We started this because we knew there was a need for seeds that work well in this part of Uttar Pradesh. The traffic in Kanpur can be a real headache sometimes, especially when we're trying to move stock around. But we manage. Most of our days are spent talking to farmers or looking at spreadsheets. It isn't very glamorous work. Some people think running a seed company is all science, but a lot of it is just manual labor and keeping track of bags. We’ve got a small team here. We all know each other well. Sometimes we have tea together and talk about how the rains are looking for the next month. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there.
