In the area of Barsathi, we have our small setup for Barsathi Krishak Producer Company Limited. We are located at Keshav Singh's place in Kanhpur. It takes a lot of time to get everyone on the same page, but we manage. There is a lot of drinking tea and looking at the weather charts. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the land and the people. The name on the registration says we are a producer company, but we are just neighbors working together. We handle the seeds, the harvest, and the sales as they come. It is a slow and steady way of living in Barsathi, and we wouldn't know how to do it any other way.
