Saptmi Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are a group of farmers working together here in Sitori. Most people know Ramakant, and that is where we usually meet up to talk about the crops and what needs doing for the season. Our setup is right in Gram Sitoara, specifically around the Baghairatitrauli area. It gets busy during harvest time, but we try to keep things organized. Living in a small place like this means everybody knows each other's fields and the weather impacts us all the same way. We decided to register as Saptmi Farmers Producer Company Limited because it felt like the right step to take for the village. There is always a lot of paperwork with these things, more than we expected really. Sometimes the rains are late or the seeds don't sprout quite like they should, so we help each other out with advice or tools. It isn't a fancy office or anything like that, just a workspace where we get things sorted. People stop by to check on prices or just to see how the local market is doing. We spend a lot of time out in the dirt, which is how it should be. The goal is just to make sure our produce gets where it needs to go without too much trouble. It is hard work, mostly early mornings and long days under the sun, but that is the life we chose here. We keep it simple and just focus on the day-to-day tasks of running a farm group in this part of the country.
