Our office for Nokia Siemens Network Pvt Ltd is located at EWS 3221 in Awas Vikas 3, Kanpur. This is a residential and commercial mix area, so it feels quite lived-in. The building is a standard house-style office that’s been set up to handle our technical and network work. Kanpur is a big, busy city, and Awas Vikas 3 is one of those places where everyone knows everyone. We aren't a retail shop, so we don't have people walking in to buy things off the shelf. It’s mostly just us engineers and staff working on the back-end side of things. The office has desks, some server racks, and plenty of cables. It’s not very pretty, but it works for what we need to do. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on our computers. Sometimes we have to go out on-site, but this is where we start and end our day. We don’t have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. You just come in and find someone at their desk. It’s a very practical way of working. We’ve been in this Kanpur location for a while now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood grow around us. We just keep doing our part to keep the networks running without making a big deal about it. It’s just a regular job in a regular part of town. We handle the technical side of the business from right here in 208017.
