We are located over at M19 Kda Colony in Kanpur, right on that 200 Ft Pac Road in Dahli Sujanpur. It’s a busy spot, and sometimes the noise from the road gets a bit much, but you get used to it. The office isn't anything fancy to look at. We have some desks, computers that sometimes run slow, and a lot of paperwork piled up on the side. Most days start with tea and trying to get through the list of people looking for work. Being here in Kanpur means we see a lot of different folks coming in and out. The area around Sujanpur is growing, though the roads could be better. We just do our thing here at Naukri Com, trying to keep track of who is hiring and who needs a job. It is mostly just us sitting here, making calls and checking the screen. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out. It’s a practical setup, nothing like those big glass buildings you see in the movies. We’ve been at this pin code 208013 for a while now. The chairs aren't the most comfortable, but they do the job for an eight-hour shift. If you walk down the road, there are a few small shops where we grab lunch. It’s a simple life here, just working and heading home. We don't have a big reception area or anything, just a door and some space to work.
