The office is located at 336 12 in the Babu Purwa Colony area of Kidwai Nagar, right here in Kanpur. Being an associate means we spend a lot of time talking to different people and trying to figure out their requirements. Kanpur can be a very busy place, especially around this part of Kidwai Nagar, and our days are usually filled with the sounds of the street outside. We have been in this spot for a while, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. It's a practical space where we keep our files and meet anyone who drops by. We don't have any scripted speeches or formal presentations. Usually, we just sit down, have a glass of water, and talk through whatever needs to be handled. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to organize the piles of paper on our desks. Other days, the phone won't stop ringing and three people show up at the same time. We don't use any high-tech systems; a lot of our work is still done with pens and registers. It feels more real that way. People in the colony know us as the ones who are always in the office until late evening. We don’t try to act like we are bigger than we are. It’s just us working through the daily tasks in Kanpur.
