You’ll find us at the Zarina Complex on Kanchna Bihari Marg in the Kalyan Pur area. We’ve been operating out of this complex for some time now, focusing on various types of metals. Our space is usually a bit cluttered because we try to keep a lot of stock on hand for the people who stop by. It isn't a massive warehouse, but we make the most of the room we have. The neighborhood is fairly busy, and there’s always something going on along the Marg. We get a mix of people coming in—some are regulars from local workshops, while others are just people looking for a small bit of metal for a home repair. We don’t have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just a local metal business where we answer the phones and help whoever walks through the door. Some days are quieter than others, which gives us time to reorganize the shelves or sweep the floor. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing. Word of mouth is usually how people hear about us. We aren't trying to be the biggest place around, just a reliable one where you can get your metal and go. The Zarina Complex is easy enough to find if you’re in Kalyan Pur. We’re usually here from early morning until the sun goes down, just handling the daily business of metal trading. It’s hard work, but we enjoy it.
