Prateek Metals

Our place is tucked away at 275/4 in Juhi Lal Colony, which isn't always the easiest spot for people to find the first time they come by. Prateek Metals is basically just where we handle all the different metal pieces and scraps that come through. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in this part of the colony, so things can get a little crowded when a truck is trying to unload. Most days it’s just the sound of metal clanging around and us trying to keep everything somewhat organized so we know where the steel or the aluminum is sitting. It’s a practical setup, nothing like those big corporate offices you see downtown. We’ve got some grease on the walls and the floors are never really clean for more than five minutes. That is just how it is when you’re working with this kind of material all day long. The neighbors know us by the noise, I suppose. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just basic metal work and trading. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy on the desk, but we get through it. People from around the colony stop in to ask questions or see what we have in stock. It’s a simple operation, run by folks who don't mind getting their hands dirty. We just show up, do the work, and head home when the sun goes down.
