We are located at 616 Lakhanpur Housing in Uttar Pradesh. This area has a very residential feel to it, which makes coming to work feel a bit more grounded. It’s not a glass skyscraper. It’s just a regular building in a housing colony. We’ve set up the office inside, and it serves us well. Most of the people working here live nearby or have been in the area for a long time. There’s a sense of routine that is quite comforting. You see the kids going to school and the vendors on the street while you’re settling in with your first cup of tea. The office itself is full of files and computers, as you’d expect. It’s not particularly modern, but everything works. We have a small area for meetings that usually just involves pulling a few extra chairs around a desk. It’s very informal. We don't go in for big presentations or fancy talk. We just report on what’s happening and try to solve problems as they come up. The 208024 pin code area is quite a busy part of the city, so there’s always life around the building. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We’re just local staff doing our jobs for Tata Steel. It doesn't need to be any more complicated than that. It’s a good, honest spot to spend the day.
