Krishak Sarathi Producer Company Limited

Started out at Rahul Singh’s place here in Lakhanpur. It’s a busy spot in Beema Vihar. We are mostly focused on helping out the local farmers around Kanpur. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a regular house where we keep our papers and meet up. Most days we are out talking to people in the blocks or checking on crops. Sometimes the internet is slow and we just sit around drinking tea until it works again. We’ve been at this for a bit now, trying to figure out the best way to get supplies to everyone without too much trouble. It gets dusty in the summer and the roads can be a mess during the rains, but we manage to get things done. Rahul is usually around if someone needs to drop off documents or ask a question. We don’t have any big corporate signs, just a small place where the work happens. We handle a lot of the coordination for the producers in Ayojna-38. It’s hard work and the hours are long but that is just how it goes here. People know where to find us if they need something. We try to keep it simple and just do what needs doing for the day. Sometimes we have more people than chairs in the room during meetings. It’s just us doing our part for the farming community here in our little corner of Kanpur.
