We are based in Kansepur, which is part of the Naviganj area. Bhoo Kranti Producer Company Limited runs out of the property owned by Jagdish Singh. It’s a rural setting, surrounded by the very fields that the people we work with tend to. The road to get here can be a bit bumpy, especially after the rains, so most people come on bikes or tractors. We have a modest setup here. It’s basically a couple of rooms where we store our documents and meet with the local farmers. There is a large tree out front where people usually gather to talk when the office gets too full. Jagdish is often there, making sure everything is running smoothly. We don't have a big staff. It is just a few of us who know the area and the people. We spend a lot of time checking on the quality of the produce and helping everyone get their paperwork sorted for the season. The atmosphere is very relaxed. There’s no pressure to look a certain way or follow a strict corporate schedule. We start early when the sun is low and try to wrap up before it gets too dark, as the lighting on the back roads isn't great. It’s a quiet life in Naviganj, and our company is just a small part of the agricultural cycle here. We focus on the basics like seeds, soil, and making sure everyone gets a fair deal. It’s honest work in a place we know well and care about.
