Virapadi Inter College

Virapadi Inter College is down in Laxmanpur Pilakh, which is in the Kanpur area. Our postcode is 209302. The college is quite a large place, and it has been a part of this community for many years. It is a sprawling building with lots of different sections that were built at different times, so the layout can be a bit confusing if you are new. We have a lot of students who come from the villages all around Kanpur to study here. The atmosphere is very busy, especially in the mornings when everyone is arriving. We have a large open area in the middle where we hold our gatherings. The walls are painted a simple white, but they have some marks and stains from years of use. Inside the classrooms, you will find rows of benches and desks that are built to last. We have a small office where we keep all the records in big metal cupboards. It can get very hot in the summer, so we have the big ceiling fans going all day long. They make a lot of noise, but nobody really minds. The teachers here are local people who care about the students and the area. We deal with things like the roof leaking during a heavy storm or the front gate getting stuck, but we always find a way to fix it. It is just a regular college doing its work in Laxmanpur Pilakh.
