L&T

Our place is located at 69, Nandambakkam. It is a well-known spot around this area. We have been working out of this particular location for quite some time now. It is just a standard office setup, nothing that would win any design awards, but it works fine for us. Most days start with the sound of the city waking up outside our windows. L&T has a presence here, but for those of us inside these walls, it is just about getting the daily tasks sorted. We have a mix of people, some who have been here for decades and some newer faces just starting out. We often talk about the weather or the morning commute while waiting for the kettle to boil in the break room. The neighborhood has its own rhythm that you get used to. You get to know the local shops where we all grab our lunch. There is not any big corporate mystery to what we do here. We have folders, computers, and a fair amount of meetings to attend. Some days are much quieter than others. We do not really spend time making ourselves sound important to anyone. We just focus on the work that needs doing before the day ends. Being in Nandambakkam is convenient for most of us. The building has its quirks, like that one door that always sticks in the rain. But it is home for a good chunk of our day. We just come in and do it.
